It really comes down to the Business Quadrant(TM). The Business Quadrant consists of four different quadrants and 2 sides. They are:
1. Sales Quadrant : You have a product(or service) and sell it legally.
2. Marketing Quadrant : You have a product(or service) and you market it legally so that you can sell more of it legally.
3. Systems Quadrant : You have a product(or service) that you systematically sell and market legally.
4. Leverage Quadrant: You have a team that uses technology, systems, and communication to help you sell and market your product(or service) legally. Along with this team you have leadership, a mission, and cash flow.
*It is in this quadrant where you emerge from being self employed to becoming a business owner. As you can see, there are more things that you must gain in the Leverage Quadrant which enable you to grow into a business owner. It is these things which must be mastered, that hold back many hardworking people from becoming true “business” owners. However, with a little financial education and the right mindset, you can complete the Business Quadrant and enter into the exciting reality of operating a successful business.
